Pinjore Garden, also known as Yadavindra Gardens, is a timeless treasure nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas near Chandigarh, in the town of Pinjore, Haryana. Spread across 100 acres, this 17th-century Mughal-style garden offers a perfect blend of history, nature, and serenity, making it an ideal escape for a short yet enriching journey.

As you step inside, you’re welcomed by a grand entrance and a series of seven descending terraces, each adorned with lush greenery, blooming flowers, and flowing fountains. The garden’s architecture reflects the grandeur of Mughal design — symmetrical layouts, arched pavilions, and water channels that cool the air and soothe the senses. The sound of water gurgling through the fountains adds a rhythmic calm to the atmosphere.

Originally built by Fidai Khan, a Mughal noble, and later renovated by Maharaja Yadavindra Singh of Patiala, Pinjore Garden carries a legacy that whispers tales of royalty and peace.
